The Ceramic Concrete Superstructure™ with Force Five Engineering™
A Different Species of Home. The American Superhome™ (our trademark name) is designed to be the strongest single family home in the World (as well as the most energy efficient - see Ultra Energy Efficiency) . Our homes are engineered to withstand the full force of a Category 5 hurricane or a F5 tornado with winds exceeding 350 mph and storm surges 20’ and higher moving at tsunami force. We are also the first homebuilder in history to offer a full structural warranty covering such catastrophic events (see 'Our Hurricane Warranty') eliminating the need for structural hurricane insurance. Force Five Engineering™ is the study of how and why buildings fail. The catastrophic events of 2004 and 2005, including the Asian Tsunami of 2004 and hurricane Katrina, literally rewrote the book on such studies. We know now that only one type of building nearly always survived while nearly every other type of building that was in the path of the full force of a Category 5 hurricane, a F5 tornado, or a tsunami collapsed. This Ultra Energy Efficiency and our Force Five Engineering™ is built into every Greenfire Estate Home™.
American Superhome Architecture
Our advanced technologies do not limit our architectural possibilities. There is virtually no limit to the different styles of Architecture possible with the American Superhome™. We currently have brick, stucco, and stone families with more styles being added. In fact, the only way we differ from other classic architecture is in our distinctive and beautiful Rooftop Gardens. Not only is our architecture unlimited, but we will also illustrate each of our homes in CGA or Computer Generated Architecture (seen on these web pages and pioneered by our founder, Larry West). This process will give the homeowner the ability to see their individual home in fully accurate, movie quality, photorealistic detail before it is built.
The SPARC™ SystemThe SPARC™ (Solar Power and Rainwater Canopy) system is an entirely different roof than either the peaked roof of wooden homes or the plywood and tar paper flat roofs of commercial buildings. It is made of Stainless Steel roof beams that serve several unique functions and are another World First. With this new System we will be harvesting sunlight for electricity, heating, interior lighting, and sunlight for our 'Biosphere' greenhouse system.
The SPARC™ System will serve as a special Rainwater Harvesting system creating the purest water on Earth. With the new bubble canopy glass arrays (one of our 150 new patents-in-process) we have great flexibility in installation. We can have all of the 3,000 sf in solar PV arrays, all in greenhouse glass, or in hot water panels - or more likely - specific combinations that vary with the climate.

It is exclusive with the American Freedom Superhome™ - invented, developed, and perfected by our Founder over the last 30 years.
The Greenfire Rooftop Terrace™
With the advent of the Greenfire Rooftop Terrace™, the roof has evolved into a whole new world of possibilities and has become the center of everything. The Rooftop Terrace supports full elevated gardens, fountains, fishponds, hot tubs, fire pits, rooftop kitchens, and grape arbors as well as the important job of elevating utilities above flooding waters. It is unique in all the World.
Our Rooftop Gardens™
Our Rooftop Gardens are unique in all the World. These raised gardens grow pure, totally organic vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers at enormous rates without additional fertilizers or growth enhancers and at the same time use, and recycle, rainwater harvested from our SPARC™ system.

3 Story Battery Operated Elevator System
Our proprietary battery operated 3 story elevator is a world first. It is the first elevator designed to work in conjunction with an off grid DC solar electric system rather than a standard commercial electric source. This system is one of many of our original products that will be produced in the U.S. by American manufacturers.
Our Hurricane-Security Shutter System
Our Shutter System was developed originally as an essential part of our Ultra Energy Efficiency insulation technology. Later, it became part of our everyday security system and still later it became a hurricane/tornado shutter.
True Rainwater Harvesting - The Purest Natural Water on Earth
The American Freedom Superhome™ is the first production home in the World to include a highly advanced Rainwater Harvesting system as a standard feature. Why Rainwater Harvesting? First, because our SPARC™ system already has all the necessary elements in place and it cost almost nothing to implement and second, it is all about health and an unlimited source of the purest natural water on Earth.
Liquid Compositing Wastewater Reclamation
Probably the most controversial of all our features, this completely natural onsite system takes household waste and turns it into clear, odorless, nutrient rich water in about 48 hours which is re-introduced back in the natural environment around the home. It eliminates the extensive pollution caused by releasing treated and untreated sewage water into our lakes, rivers, and ocean as well as the need for sewer lines and sewage treatment plants saving both the developer and the municipalities millions of dollars.
